At DavinaRoseArtistry, we understand that you want your hair products to reach you as soon as possible. Please take note of the following information regarding shipping and delivery:
UK orders: Please allow 7-20 working days for your order to reach you. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your item(s) have been shipped. Note that Royal Mail does not operate on weekends or public holidays.
International orders:
For orders to Europe, please allow 10-20 days.
For the rest of the world, our shipping time frame is 10-25 days.
Order tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you have any further concerns, please contact us at Davinaroseartistry@gmail.com
Processing time: Please note that there is a processing time of 2 full business days before we ship your order. Additional processing time may be required for orders placed through Klarna, as well as for custom wig orders.
Changes or cancellations: Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.
Discount codes: Discount codes may not be applied to orders after they have been placed.
Billing and shipping address: Please ensure that your billing and shipping address are the same. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Safety and security: Our company may require proof of identification for the billing information received and we may delay processing time for questionable or high-risk orders.
Liability: We will not be held responsible for items that are misplaced, lost, or damaged during shipping.
Contacting us: If you have not received your order within the time frame provided, please be patient and refrain from contacting us until the time frame has passed.
Sales are final: Due to the nature of our products, we have a no-refund, no-returns policy. If there is a problem with your order, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving it.
